HAND-BUILT PORSCHE RACE CARS · RIVIERA BEACH, FL
The Orbit 992 Evo Cup
A 2021 Porsche 992 Cup car, re-engineered by hand with the best of the 2024 GT3 RS and the 991.1 GT3 R factory race car. Three legends in one car, and two Evo Cups built so far.
THE EVO CUPS
Two cars built, and counting

EVO CUP NO. 1 · SILVER
The original, built for a client
The first 992 Evo Cup, and the car in our build video. Every carbon fiber part on it was made by hand, from new molds, in our Riviera Beach shop.

EVO CUP NO. 2 · BLUE
Rodger’s own Evo Cup
The second 992 Evo Cup belongs to Orbit owner Rodger Hawley. Photos and video of this build are coming soon.
THE MISSION
Take Porsche’s most advanced Cup car and make it lighter, stickier and sharper.
Evo Cup No. 1 was prepared to race in the Latin American Championship, built within the series rules. But the bigger reason is simpler: we wanted to see what we could do with it.
200–300 lb
Weight reduction target
More
Downforce, by a sizable margin
Sharper
Handling, so it’s faster and easier to drive at the limit
THREE CARS, ONE EVO CUP
The best of three Porsches

THE BASE
2021 Porsche 992 Cup
An incredibly advanced factory race car to start from, and the platform for everything we added.

THE STYLING
2024 Porsche GT3 RS
The Evo Cup’s hood is molded from a real GT3 RS street car, and its side aero element is integrated straight from the RS.

THE STANCE
2016 Porsche 991.1 GT3 R
A full carbon fiber factory race car. Its front bumper and opening, and its mean, planted presence, carry over to the Evo Cup.
ENGINEERING
Built by hand, part by part

Radiator moved into the front trunk
The stock 992 Cup runs radiators at the front and on both sides. One front-end hit can mean a water leak, and the race is over. We relocated the radiator inside the front trunk, where it’s far better protected.
A bigger splitter
More front downforce, developed in-house and still being refined.
Hand-made carbon fiber
None of these parts existed. Every piece started with a new mold, then a hand-laid carbon fiber part.
Proven on track
What works in the shop doesn’t always work at speed. The Evo Cup goes to the track for testing, because that’s the only proof that counts.
FROM THE BUILD
“In the end, we want a car that’s faster, easier, and more fun to drive.”
Evo Cup No. 1 proved the idea. No. 2 is already built, and it’s Rodger’s own car.
